The HRCCQ Inc 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to convene on Monday 27th November 2023.

In accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act, HRCCQ Inc will elect Office Bearers for 2024 at the AGM.

The HRCCQ management committee has called for nominations for positions of office for 2024 and in so doing invites all members of our club to nominate themselves, or another member, to become a candidate for election for Office Bearers for 2024.

If you choose to nominate as a Candidate, then please complete a nomination form and return the form to HRCCQ Inc.

Nominations are now open. The nomination form is attached and will also be available to download from our website.

Nominations close at 11.59pm Thursday 28th September 2023.
