DESCRIPTION:HRCCQ Inc Election of Office Bearers for 2025 and appointment of an Auditor for 2025 \nIn accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act and the HRCCQ Inc Constitution\, HRCCQ Inc will elect Office Bearers for 2025 at the forthcoming AGM. \nI have been appointed to conduct an election for the following 2025 Office Bearers: \nPresident \n                        Vice President \n                        Secretary \n                        Treasurer \n                        Committee Members x 4 \nand the appointment of an Auditor for 2025 \nNominations for Office Bearers are invited from Members who wish to serve on the 2025 HRCCQ Inc Management Committee. \nNominees must meet the criteria stated in Rules 14\,15 and 17 of the HRCCQ Inc Constitution. \nNominations for Office Bearers must be lodged using the official nomination form; the nomination form is available for download from the HRCCQ Inc website\, or alternatively\, can be requested from the HRCCQ Inc secretary. \nTwo financial Members of HRCCQ Inc.\, eligible to vote at the election\, must sign the nomination. \nNominations will not be accepted unless and until they do comply. \nThe time for receiving nominations will end at 11.59pm\, Thursday 26th September 2024. \nMilton Brennan \nHRCCQ Inc Returning Officer \nassisting \nBradley Manz\, HRCCQ Inc Secretary
