DESCRIPTION:Invitation to HRCC TTT \nPractice\, Super Sprints and Timed Trials (Regularity)\nFebruary 14th-15th 2026 \n@ Qld Raceway – Willowbank \nEntries are now open online at https://portal.motorsport.org.au/octozy/login\nDear HRCC members\, friends and past event participants\, \nHRCC’s traditional TTT style weekend is now open to all Historic 5th Category race cars PLUS ALL invited cars\, offering practice\, passenger rides\, Super Sprints and Timed Trials (Regularity) all as noted in the Supplementary Regulations.  The event Supplementary Regulations are available in the Event Entry Portal. \nThis is the club’s\, traditional\, relaxed weekend start to the year.  It is an opportunity to get your cars on track for some early practice and fast laps before the year begins in earnest. \n** Invited cars include Classic\, late model/modern and other non-logbooked cars into the Timed Trials (Regularity) and Invited Sprint groups. If you need to chat\, feel free to contact (prior to lodging your entry) the Secretary of the Event. Contact details are below. \nEntry cost notes: \n\n  A discount has been applied for 2-day entry.\n To avoid the 1.5% credit card surcharge now applied by Motorsport Australia\, we suggest you pay by direct deposit to the HRCC bank account.\n MSA also now apply a 1.5% administration fee to the portal entry process. All such charged are to be paid by entrants.\n\nSaturday 14th February – practice for all groups\, plus passenger ride sessions.  If you have wanted to take a friend or family member for a drive\, this will be a great time to get on track.\nSunday 15th February – Super Sprints for all 5th Category and invited cars.  Timed Trials (Regularity) will follow the usual timed laps process. \nTransponders will be available for Sunday hire\, direct from QR on the weekend. Payment to be made direct to them. \n Carport hire:  Can be done online with your online entry. Carports are reserved on ‘first booked’ basis. Whilst offering a Judged Display* with pre entry by 20/06/25 or a Display Only# attendance on Sunday 06/07/25. \nAccess to the Venue: Sunday 6th July – Gates will open from 6am for all display vehicles. Each vehicle will be provided with an event sticker designating their category grouping. Display finishes around 4pm Sunday. Entry fee for Display Only# is $30 per car which includes driver with spectators at $20 each\, children under 12yo free. \n* Judged Vehicle Display Categories\, Grouped by Build Era. \n1. Cars – Classic and Performance (Pre 1940\, 1940-1992 and 1993 to Present Day)\n2. Cars – Racing (Pre 1940\, 1940-1992 and 1993 to Present Day) \n* Judging Entry: Car Judging is optional but requires a pre-committed entry by last mail Friday 20/06/25. Note: this is 17 days before the event.\nPre-event entry fee for Judged Car Display is $30 and includes 2 x full-circuit spectator passes for the weekend. Children under 12yo free. \nAll pre-committed cars to be judged will appear in the 2025 HRCC’s CLASSIC QLD Official Event Program and will receive a complimentary issue containing the weekend’s schedule of race events and grids. Judging will be held during Sunday morning and early afternoon. \nHead Judges will be Mr Kevin Bartlett\, our Club Patron and Mr Don Thallon\, Past Club President. Judging Criteria will include a simple and subjective preference determined on the day. \nPrizes: Awards presentation for Judged Cars is Sunday afternoon. \nThere will be a 1st Place winner in each car build-era category.\nEach of the six category winners shall receive a stylish\, personalised 1st Place trophy and certificate\, signed by Kevin Bartlett\, plus a $1000 novelty cheque on the day. The $1000 cash prizes will be deposited to each winner’s bank account following the event.\n# Display Only Cars will receive a HRCC certificate. \nImportant: Judging\, awards\, categories and prizes are at the absolute discretion of the HRCC and Judges. Judges decisions are final. \nTrack Cruise Under Lights: Saturday 5th July – Payment of entry fee for the Saturday Night Track Cruise is to be made on the day.\nAny display cars wishing to join the optional Saturday night cruise must be at the circuit by no later than 4pm Saturday 5th July\, to allow time to pay for cruise entry and attend the mandatory driver briefing. Track cruise will occur between approximately 5pm-9pm. The final 50% of Carport & Garages\, preference will be given to low and slick tyre\, open wheel and sports racing cars\, also maybe a nominated Race Group/s. \nThis will not apply to late entries or payment after the 30 June 2023. \nAll trailers to be parked outside in the carpark beside the eastern fence line.
