DESCRIPTION:Invitation to the HRCC Autumn Classic \n 8TH – 10TH MAY 2026 AT MORGAN PARK RACEWAY – WARWICK QLD \nEntries are now open online at https://portal.motorsport.org.au/octozy/login \nDear members and past event participants\, \nHRCC’s traditional Historic Autumn Race weekend is now open to all Historic 5th Category race cars and invited cars\, offering Circuit Racing\, Super Sprints and Timed Trials (Regularity) all as noted in the Supplementary Regulations. \n** Invites are also extended to late model/modern and other non-logbooked cars into either Timed Trials (Regularity) or Invited Sprint groups. If you need to chat\, feel free to contact\, prior to lodging your entry\, the Secretary of the Event (John Miller on 0434 774 753 after 5.30pm)\, who will liaise with the relevant Group Leader for confirmation. Group Leader contact details are listed below. \nHRCC (FULL) members will receive a $70 member discount on the event entry fee. \nThe HRCC Membership Application Form is linked for those wishing to receive discounts for this and future events. \nEVENT SCHEDULE: \nThursday 7th May – NO ENTRY TO THE PRECINCT OF MORGAN PARK RACEWAY PRIOR TO BUMP-IN at 1:30pm.  \nFriday 8th May Practice – Can be prepaid with online entry. Times are from 8.30am to 4.30pm. \nSaturday 9th May – Sunday 10th May – Starts with Qualifying/Official Practice (Timed Trials only) till approximately midday Saturday\, followed by Racing\, Super Sprints and Timed Trials for the remainder of the weekend. \nSaturday evening 9th May Meet and Greet – The Meet and Greet will commence on the Canteen Deck\, immediately after the completion of competition. A Lions BBQ and drinks will be available for purchase along with live music for your enjoyment. \nACCOMMODATION: BOOK your Warwick accommodation early or alternatively book your Morgan Park camping when entering on the portal. \n SCRUTINY: Completed Scrutiny forms are to be returned to the Event Secretary (silverstone@st.net.au) via email and please remember to bring the original to the event and hand to the Scrutineers. \n TRANSPONDER HIRE: If you require to hire a transponder it will be an additional cost added to the entry fee. Please ensure that you select this option when entering on the portal. \nCARPORT HIRE:  Can be done online with your online entry. Carports are reserved on ‘first booked’ basis. Occasionally\, some allocations may need to be reserved for some open wheel\, sports racing or other cars with clearance issues. \nPADDOCK PIT AREA: A standard Pit Area is 12m x 5m. If you need more area than this you MUST contact Peter Gilbert 0408 742 737\, he will discuss your needs and allocate an area. \nIt is important to read Supp Regs Clause 25 a to k. \nNote that carports will ONLY be reserved once your entry fees have been paid in full. If you enter\, but pay later\, you will likely miss out on a covered carport. \nENTRIES WILL CLOSE\, 29/04/26.  \nNote that entry fees must be PAID IN FULL before the entry will be accepted\, Credit Card and MSA portal fees apply.
