DESCRIPTION:Invitation to Autumn Historic Warwick Race Meeting \n12–14 May 2023 at Morgan Park Raceway\, Warwick Qld. \nEntries are now open online at www.motorsport.org.au/login \nThe event is opened to all Historic 5th Category race cars and invited cars offering Circuit Racing\, Super Sprints (Historic Sports Sedans only) and Regularity Trials all as noted in the Supplementary Regulations. \nYou may also go online through www.hrcc.org.au. \nPractice is on Friday 12 May from 8-30am to 4-30pm and can be prepaid with entry. \nQualifying/Official Practice for Regularity starts Saturday till approximately midday followed by Racing\, Super Sprint and Regularity Trails for the remainder of the weekend. \nBook your accommodation early! \nSupplementary Regulations are available here\, please read them carefully. \nThe below Scrutiny forms to be returned to the Event Secretary via email. Please bring the original printed forms to the event to hand to the Scrutineers. \nSelf-Scrutiny Statement of Vehicle Compliance \nSelf-Scrutiny Checklist Race \nNO ENTRY TO THE PRECINCT OF MORGAN PARK RACEWAY PRIOR TO 1:30PM THURSDAY 11 MAY.\nMyLaps is the timing system used. Transponder hire is included with your entry. Please note that a $100 refundable deposit is required on receipt of Transponder. \nIf you have a MyLaps transponder you can apply while entering for a $30 refund in EXTRAS (Optional) section and enter the transponder serial number with your entry. \nCarport hire can be done online with your entry through the Motorsport Australia Online Event Entry System. Carport preference is given to open wheel and sports racing cars\, also may be nominated Race Groups. This will not apply to late entries or late payment\, cut off 26th April 2023. \nPaddock Pit Area is marked with standard Pit Areas size 12m x 5m. If you need more area than this you MUST contact Greg Dalliston 0424 321 072\, he will discuss your needs and allocate an area. Important to read Supplementary Regulations Clause 25a to 25k. \nFire Extinguisher – Garage/Paddock\nCompetitor must provide at least 1 certified and fully functioning 4.5kg fire extinguisher compliant with the local legislation in each of their Automobile’s Pit Garage or designated paddock area. \nEntries will close Wednesday 26 April 2023. Perhaps creating some new friendships along the way too. \n  \nOpen to all 5th Category historic race group cars\, plus invited and modern cars. \n  \nOnly have one day available that weekend? No problem\, you can enter just Saturday (TTT) or just Sunday (Super Sprint) OR BOTH and get a discounted entry. Entries are online at https://www.motorsport.org.au/login \n  \nPlease note when entering\, you must select only one of the following options: \n\nActivity 1 (Saturday TTT Day) or\nActivity 2 (Sunday Super Sprint) or\nActivity 3 (Both days to get the discounted price)\n\n  \nFor those who are new to “Motorsport Australia” events and for more details on licencing and online entry contact the Secretary of the Event\, Mark Stockwell. \n  \nThe Supplementary Regulations are available and should be reviewed prior to entering this event. \n  \nCarport Hire is booked through the Motorsport Australia Online Event Entry along with your entry. \n  \nEntries will close Sunday 5 February 2023.
