1 Heritage Touring Cars to Race with HRCC  Round 3 of the 2019 Heritage Touring Car Championship will take place at the HRCC National Historic Queensland race meeting at Morgan Park, Warwick on the weekend of July 13-14.  This will be the only event in Qld. for Heritage Touring Cars in 2019.     Posted 08/04/2019 Formula Ford Race Dates.  Plenty of oportunities for Formula Ford racers to compete in the 50th year of their competition on Australian racing circuits. Geoff Karger has put togather a comprehensive list of Queensland and National events that include FF races.     Posted 08/03/2019 Sports 2000 Rules and Eligibilty  Since the Historic Commission approval of rule changes for Sports 2000 Historic Sports Cars, a list of eligble cars has been compiled. Also a complete rules document has been produced. Both documents are available for download.     Posted 08/03/2019 CAMS Modification of rules  CAMS has issued a table of changes relating to the 2019 CAMS Manual of Motorsport under the General Requirements for Cars and Drivers. Posted 02/03/2019 TTT Day and Super Sprints  The motorsport year opened with the HRCC Try, Train and Test day last Saturday with around 90 cars heading out on the Morgan Park 2.1km circuit. Cyclone Oma had threatened to cause concern about weather conditions but the only negative was strong winds.     Posted 25/02/2019 Explanation of HRCC Trophy Pointscoring   With the start of a new racing season, we explain how the points are allocated for competition events. These will be the accumulated points which dertimines the club champions at year end.     Posted 19/02/2019 Do you have a Snell SA2005 Helmet?  Competitors are encouraged to check their helmet to ensure that it meets the current requirements. Some Snell helmets may not be approved for use. A display of historic race cars was made at the 2019 CAMS Motorsport Expo where club members were on hand to talk about the club’s activities and race meetings.
