Classic Qld Vehicle Display

Entry is now open – entry form available to download here or on the HRCC Facebook page.
Open to: All race cars, performance and classic cars. Whilst offering a Judged Display* with pre entry by 20/06/25 or a Display Only# attendance on Sunday 06/07/25.
Access to the Venue: Sunday 6th July – Gates will open from 6am for all display vehicles. Each vehicle will be provided with an event sticker designating their category grouping. Display finishes around 4pm Sunday. Entry fee for Display Only# is $30 per car which includes driver with spectators at $20 each, children under 12yo free.

1. Cars – Classic and Performance (Pre 1940, 1940-1992 and 1993 to Present Day)
2. Cars – Racing (Pre 1940, 1940-1992 and 1993 to Present Day)
* Judging Entry: Car Judging is optional but requires a pre-committed entry by last mail Friday 20/06/25. Note: this is 17 days before the event.
Pre-event entry fee for Judged Car Display is $30 and includes 2 x full-circuit spectator passes for the weekend. Children under 12yo free.
All pre-committed cars to be judged will appear in the 2025 HRCC’s CLASSIC QLD Official Event Program and will receive a complimentary issue containing the weekend’s schedule of race events and grids. Judging will be held during Sunday morning and early afternoon.
Head Judges will be Mr Kevin Bartlett, our Club Patron and Mr Don Thallon, Past Club President. Judging Criteria will include a simple and subjective preference determined on the day.
Prizes: Awards presentation for Judged Cars is Sunday afternoon.
There will be a 1st Place winner in each car build-era category.
Each of the six category winners shall receive a stylish, personalised 1st Place trophy and certificate, signed by Kevin Bartlett, plus a $1000 novelty cheque on the day. The $1000 cash prizes will be deposited to each winner’s bank account following the event.
# Display Only Cars will receive a HRCC certificate.
Important: Judging, awards, categories and prizes are at the absolute discretion of the HRCC and Judges. Judges decisions are final.
Track Cruise Under Lights: Saturday 5th July – Payment of entry fee for the Saturday Night Track Cruise is to be made on the day.
Any display cars wishing to join the optional Saturday night cruise must be at the circuit by no later than 4pm Saturday 5th July, to allow time to pay for cruise entry and attend the mandatory driver briefing. Track cruise will occur between approximately 5pm-9pm. The final scheduling can be obtained on application to info@hrcc.org.au or on the day contact Queensland Raceway Ph: 07 5461 9100.
