Notice is given that a General and an Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:

General Meeting Agenda
Receive the Minutes from the previous General Meeting.
Annual General Meeting agenda
Receive the Minutes from the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
Receive the Management Committee Report for the period ended 30th September 2026.
Receive the Income and Expenditure Statement and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities
for the period ended 30th September 2026.
Receive the Auditor’s Report on the books of account.
Present the Financial Statements and Audit Report to the Meeting for adoption.
Appoint an Auditor for the coming year.
Elect Members to the 2027 Management Committee. – Refer to ‘Attachment A’
Note:
Category A, B and E Members are entitled to vote, to receive notice of, and to attend and debate at, general meetings.
