Dear HRCC Members

The HRCCQ Inc 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to convene on Monday 25th November 2024 and the management committee is of the hope that you will be in attendance at the meeting.

In the event that you are unable to attend the meeting in person the HRCCQ Inc Constitution provides for direct voting arising from which members eligible to vote will receive an invitation from our service provider ‘ElectionBuddy’ to vote on-line.

The HRCCQ management committee looks forward to your attendance at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
