ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN – Autumn Classic Speedfest 9-11 May 2025

HRCC’s traditional Historic Autumn Race weekend is now open to all Historic 5th Category race cars and invited cars, offering Circuit Racing, Super Sprints and Timed Trials (Regularity) all as noted in the Supplementary Regulations.  The event will be opened on DRAFT Supplementary Regulations pending Motorsport Australia’s approval.  Once the APPROVED Supplementary Regulations are received, they will be uploaded to the Event Entry Portal and emailed to all current entries as at that time.

** Invites are also extended to late model/modern and other non-logbooked cars into the Timed Trials (Regularity) or Invited Sprint groups. If you need to chat, feel free to contact, prior to lodging your entry, the Secretary of the Event, who will liaise with the relevant Group Leader for confirmation. Contact details are below.

Friday 9th May is Practice and can be prepaid with online entry. Times are from 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Saturday 10th May – Sunday 11th May – starts with Qualifying/Official Practice (Timed Trials only) till approximately midday Saturday, followed by Racing, Super Sprints and Timed Trials for the remainder of the weekend.

Dinner and social night – Saturday evening 10th May – Dinner with Food van/s, drinks will be available for purchase and live music will commence in the pit area, immediately after the completion of Saturday racing. This will run into the early evening.

BOOK your Warwick accommodation early or alternatively book your Morgan Park camping when entering on the portal.

Completed Scrutiny forms are to be returned to the Event Secretary via email and please remember to bring the original to the event and hand to the Scrutineers.

NO ENTRY TO THE PRECINCT OF MORGAN PARK RACEWAY PRIOR TO BUMP-IN at 1:30pm Thursday 8th May.

Transponder hire is included with your entry if needed. Please ensure you select this on the Portal.

Carport hire:  Can be done online with your online entry. Carports are reserved on ‘first booked’ basis. Occasionally, some allocation may need to be reserved for some open wheel, sports racing or other cars with clearance issues.

Paddock Pit Area – is marked with standard Pit Areas of 12m x 5m. If you need more area than this you MUST contact Jim Goulden 0400 525 865, he will discuss your needs and allocate an area.

It is important to read Supp Regs Clause 25 a to k.

Entries will close, 28/04/25. Late entries will need to contact the Event Secretary.

Fuel: There will be NO fuel available at the circuit.

8.8 FIRE EXTINGUISHER – GARAGE/PADDOCK
Competitor must provide at least 1 certified and fully functioning 4.5kg fire extinguisher compliant with the local legislation in each of their Automobile’s Pit Garage or designated paddock area.
