General Meeting and Annual General meeting will held on Monday 23 November 2026 commencing from 6pm at VCCA Club Rooms, 1376 Old Cleveland Rd, Carindale Qld.
In the event that you are unable to attend the AGM in person the HRCCQ Inc Constitution provides for direct voting for resolutions; direct voting provides an opportunity and a facility for an absent member to cast a vote.
As in previous years HRCCQ is again using an on-line voting service called ‘ElectionBuddy’. Refer to this linked document: ‘2026 Online Voting with ElectionBuddy’ for instructions on how to vote.
HRCCQ members eligible to vote will receive an email inviting members to vote for the election of 2027 office bearers and the appointment of an Auditor.
Online voting is scheduled to commence at 12.01am on Sunday 18th October 2026 and to close at 11.59pm on Sunday 8th November 2026.
