Entrants who attended the July Meeting, enjoyed the experience and want to come back or you missed the July Meeting and heard good feedback, we have a great bargain for you.
Entry Fee is $430, less refund of $40 for current HRCC Members. This will be processed within a week of entry to the Event. Please provide bank detail for refund to John Tupicoff, Treasurer at john.tupicoff@gmail.com.
This is a one-time OFFER for a great weekend. It’s well priced (thanks to Queensland Raceway), good fields, minimum 15 cars per grid, plenty of action, up to 2 circuits in use (subject to individual Groups wants), trophies for each class and a bonus for Group N – the John Heffernan Trophy.
The event is opened to all Historic 5th Category race cars and Regularity cars, plus the future Post Historic cars pre-1998. See Supplementary Regulations Clause 10, VERY IMPORTANT.
The event offers Circuit Racing, Super Sprints and Regularity Trials as in the Supplementary Regulations for a 2-day weekend event plus Friday Private Practice.
Entries are now open to enter online through the Queensland Raceway event entry system. The event name is called “Spring Historics – 28th October, 2023”.
If you don’t have an account with Queensland Raceway follow the prompts to set up an account before entering. If you experience any problems with registration contact Queensland Raceway during office hours on 07 5461 9100.
When entering click on “Select” to choose the Category you wish to enter in.
Ensure you open the “Transponder” then click on “I will Hire” OR “I have a Mylaps Transponder”. The next box down will ask for your Mylaps Transponder number, if you have one, enter your number.
You must have a current Motorsport Australia Licence. There are no Day/Weekend Licences.
Next step is to select your Carport or Garages then payment via Debit or Credit Card or Afterpay.

Friday Private Practice is organised by Queensland Raceway and is a separate event on the Queensland Raceway online entry system.
Private Practice Friday is from 8.30am to 5.00pm costing $120 for half day and $160 for a full day.

Carport and Garage hire can be ordered online with your entry through Queensland Raceway online event entry system.
Carports on Pit Lane > 29 off – 9.6 x 5.0m, No Power. $150
Garages NEW on Pit Lane > 18 off – 9.6 x 4.8m> Power available. $250.
Garages in 2 tin sheds > 44 off – 8.0 x 4.0m back-to-back is 16m. Power available. $230.
8off Southern end Parking for up to 9.0m Pantec’s behind garage and 10off mid-way down Pit Lane parking about 30m to 50m away from garage on hard stand.
NOTE: parking for tender vehicle and trailers may be some distance from the Carports and Garages.
All trailers to be parked outside in the carpark beside the eastern fence line. If the trailer is a necessary part of the Pit equipment, then you will need an oversize Pit Bay or Parking area.
Tender vehicles will be issued with a Parking sticker, all other vehicles to be parked in the outside carpark. Pit gate will be manned.
Paddock Pit Area will be marked out to standard Pit Area 10m x 5m. If you need more area than this, you MUST contact Jim Goulden 0400 525 865 to discuss your needs and a Pit Bay will be allocate to you. Read Supplementary Regulations Clause 26a to 26j.

MyLaps is the timing system used. Transponders can be hired online or at Friday Practice from Queensland Raceway at a cost of $30.
Any Entrant who fails to return the Transponder on Sunday will be issued a $899 invoice.
Transponders are available at Sign On opposite the control tower.
If you have a MyLaps Transponder, supply the transponder serial number with your entry or at Sign On opposite the Control Tower.
Fuel is available on site at Queensland Raceway – Elf Race 102. / E-85 Race blend / 98 Ron Control.
Fire Extinguisher – Competitor must provide at least 1 certified and fully functional 4.5kg fire extinguisher in each of their Pit Garage or paddock area Pit Bay.
