Autumn Historic Warwick Entry Now Open

Invitation to Autumn Historic Warwick Race Meeting

12–14 May 2023 at Morgan Park Raceway, Warwick Qld.

Entries are now open online at www.motorsport.org.au/login

The event is opened to all Historic 5th Category race cars and invited cars offering Circuit Racing, Super Sprints (Historic Sports Sedans only) and Regularity Trials all as noted in the Supplementary Regulations.

You may also go online through www.hrcc.org.au.

Practice is on Friday 12 May from 8-30am to 4-30pm and can be prepaid with entry.

Qualifying/Official Practice for Regularity starts Saturday till approximately midday followed by Racing, Super Sprint and Regularity Trails for the remainder of the weekend.

The below Scrutiny forms to be returned to the Event Secretary via email. Please bring the original printed forms to the event to hand to the Scrutineers.

NO ENTRY TO THE PRECINCT OF MORGAN PARK RACEWAY PRIOR TO 1:30PM THURSDAY 11 MAY.

MyLaps is the timing system used. Transponder hire is included with your entry. Please note that a $100 refundable deposit is required on receipt of Transponder.

If you have a MyLaps transponder you can apply while entering for a $30 refund in EXTRAS (Optional) section and enter the transponder serial number with your entry.

Carport hire can be done online with your entry through the Motorsport Australia Online Event Entry System. Carport preference is given to open wheel and sports racing cars, also may be nominated Race Groups. This will not apply to late entries or late payment, cut off 26th April 2023.

Paddock Pit Area is marked with standard Pit Areas size 12m x 5m. If you need more area than this you MUST contact Greg Dalliston 0424 321 072, he will discuss your needs and allocate an area. Important to read Supplementary Regulations Clause 25a to 25k.

Fire Extinguisher – Garage/Paddock
Competitor must provide at least 1 certified and fully functioning 4.5kg fire extinguisher compliant with the local legislation in each of their Automobile’s Pit Garage or designated paddock area.

Entries will close Wednesday 26 April 2023. Late entries to contact the Event Secretary.

There will be NO fuel available at the circuit.
